Refunds and Returns

Do we accept returns? - Yes! Your satisfaction is our main prerogative.   

How many days do you have to return a product? - We give you 14 days to return a product that is unworn and undamaged.  Payment will be reissued once product is inspected.  

Options During Return - We can either give you full refund or store credit or swap out the item for you.  Please just let us know.  

Return Shipping Costs - Return shipping is left up to you.  Unless it is our mistake then we will take care of it.  

Purchasing Digital Products - All Sales Final.  For any issues please email us at glee@soulllfoo.com

Package Arrived Damaged? - Please include a photo of the box.  

Payments

Do we charge sales tax? - Yes, we do.  If you live in the U.S.A.  You know Uncle Same needs his cut. 

Do we charge shipping fees? - Yes, we have to.  We will always keep it reasonable.  We plan to offer free shipping a lot though.  So subscribe to our email list to stay up to date.  

How is personal information transmitted?  We use stripe and PayPal.  Which are two of the worlds most secure.  So do not worry.  Your privacy matters to us.  

Shipping Details

How do we ship? - We ship via USPS.  

Estimated delivery? - In the US it is 5-10 business days.  With Covid -19 going on, it could be 20+ business days.  Please work with us! International shipping, I can not say for sure.  What I can say is that I will email you when I do.  

Do we ship everywhere in the world? - No, sorry Antarctica.  Everywhere else yes.  

Do we email out tracking information? - Yes, we will send it out as soon as we ship the package.
